We offer free shipping and paid shipping options based on your order’s destination.
2. Customs Fees
- Customer Liability: Customs fees and any unexpected charges are the customer’s responsibility once they incur.
- Customs Declaration: We declare a reasonable value for all shipments from our China or overseas distribution centers. For details on declared values or to request a specified value within hours of purchase, email us at guxiaofeng@alfcutlery.cn.
3. Estimated Shipping Time
- Delivery Timelines:
- United States: 3–7 business days.
- Mexico, Australia, Europe: 10–25 business days.
- Disclaimer: Shipping times vary by distribution center and courier. We cannot be held liable for damage or loss caused by delivery delays.
4. Notes
- Processing Time: All orders (except pre-orders) require 1–3 business days for planning and packaging.
- Customs Risks for Non-US Orders: Orders to non-US countries may be rejected by domestic or local customs (per carrier policies). If items are prohibited for shipping to the destination or rejected by customs, we will cancel the order and apologize for any inconvenience.
- Address & Transaction Responsibility: Customers are liable for losses from incomplete/incorrect addresses or fraudulent transactions.
- Cancellation Policy: Shipped orders cannot typically be canceled. If a customer requests cancellation after dispatch, they must cover shipping and additional fees.
